Radcot Street, Kennington

This project undertaken in Camden involved a comprehensive renovation of a three-storey terrace house with limited ceiling space. The innovative approach included lowering the floor at the rear of the house to increase the ceiling height significantly. Furthermore, a stylish glass extension was seamlessly integrated into the side return of the property, resulting in a spacious kitchen and dining area flooded with natural light. In the garden, our team incorporated cast concrete elements such as expansive steps and planters, leading to the upper garden level. This elevated area was meticulously landscaped with lush tropical plants, establishing a serene setting perfect for entertaining guests or unwinding in comfort.
